HVC Capacitor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is an export-oriented brand and a Hong Kong-owned enterprise established in January 2012. The company collaborates with a Taiwan-based ceramic capacitor manufacturer that boasts over 20 years of expertise in this sector. HVC's production facility is situated in Dongguan, Humen town. Currently, 95% of HVC Capacitor’s products are exported, while a selection is available in the Chinese domestic market.

HVC Capacitor specializes in the production of radial lead type ceramic disc capacitors (blue) and screw terminal type ceramic capacitors. For ceramic disc capacitors, the standard models range from 2kV to 50kV, with N4700 class ceramic dielectric providing a significant advantage (N4700 disc capacitors range from 6kV to 40kV). These disc capacitors primarily find applications in high-end medical equipment, including Medical X-ray machines, C-arms, Digital Radiography (DR), Dental X-ray machines, security checks, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), electrostatic precipitators, and negative ion machines.

For screw terminal type capacitors, HVC utilizes N4700 ceramic dielectric, offering voltage ratings from 10kV to 150kV, encapsulated in black resin. Key clients include GE Healthcare, Konica Minolta, Hitachi ABB, Nikon, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, Baker Hughes, among others. HVC's screw terminal products have received approval from several NASDAQ-listed medical companies.

HVC employs military-grade ceramic dielectrics sourced from China to manufacture its capacitors, ensuring compliance with stringent international quality standards. Since 2017, HVC Capacitor has successfully supplanted Japanese competitor Murata and American brand Vishay, both of which exited the market or faced temporary shortages.

In addition to capacitors, HVC Capacitor manufactures high-voltage diodes and thick-film resistors to meet diverse customer specifications. One notable diode product complements high-voltage ceramic capacitors to create complete voltage multiplier circuits, essential for high-voltage power supplies. This diode has received approval from multiple clients across Europe, the USA, and Japan.

HVC Capacitor has established a robust international distribution network in advanced industrial countries, including Germany, France, the UK, the USA, Japan, Korea, India, and Russia. For the U.S. market, the company partners with leading distributors such as AVNET and Bisco Industries. Additionally, HVC maintains a domestic distributor in China to support overseas EMS/OEM customers.
